Receive personalized instruction in drumming and/or dancing for your skill level and goals, developing technique, learning traditional rhythms and dances, and discovering your unique style in a lively and supportive atmosphere. No previous drum or dance experience is necessary. I welcome all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced, to immerse themselves in the vibrant world of drum and dance. I offer private and group lessons, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment in which to explore, learn, and express yourself freely. As you progress through my classes, you'll notice a transformation in both your body and mind. The powerful rhythms and movements offer an invigorating workout, helping to improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Simultaneously, the meditative quality of the rhythms will help to release stress and promote a deep sense of connection and joy.
